The Babcock & Wilcox Part Request app is for customers to streamline their replacement part requests. You will be able to let B&W know which customer you are, your contact information and the part in question. You'll then have the ability to add photos making it easier for B&W to identify the part in question and what replacement part you will need. When the request has been submitted, B&W will receive an email of your request; with you copied. The request will be reviewed and B&W will be in contact with you about answering your request/needs. Within the app you will find a Help screen. This will explain to you the information that is being gathered and the steps in completing your request.
